Refund policy

Order Confirmation
Please carefully review your order, products, quantities, delivery address and contact information before confirming your purchase.
Once an order has been confirmed and processed for shipping, we do not accept cancellations or returns due to change of mind, incorrect product selection or failure to review your order before confirmation.

Before Shipping
If you notice an error with your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist before the order is dispatched.

After Dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be returned simply because you have changed your mind or no longer want the product.

Damaged, Incorrect or Defective Products
If you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective product, please contact us promptly with your order details and clear photographs/videos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution where applicable.

Skincare Products
For hygiene, safety and product-integrity reasons, we do not accept opened or used skincare products as ordinary returns.

Important: Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable Nigerian law.
